During 6 months, from July1st 2021, you will have the opportunity to evolve within all KMØ’s departments, mainly with the marketing/communication, administrative and event departments.
Marketing and communication :
- Web management (WordPress) and social networks
- Development of our digital strategy
- Development of press relations
- Follow-up and administrative data entry of all the programs of the structure : supplier invoices, follow-up of budgets, attendance, etc.
- Processing of various internal and external requests (e-mails, telephone calls, etc.)
- Proposal for improvement and implementation of administrative monitoring tools.
- Organization, implementation and management of external and internal events
- Preparation of quotations
- Follow-up of the different projects : link between KMØ and its inhabitants.
- Organization of visits
